Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.
Spread the dry pasta evenly on the pan.
Add the asparagus and sliced squash on top.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, broth, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly over the pasta and vegetables (make sure most of the pasta is covered with liquid).
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir gently, and bake for another 10–15 minutes until the pasta is tender and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 3–5 minutes until melted and slightly golden.
Let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Tips:
Add cooked chicken or sausage if you want extra protein.
A squeeze of lemon makes the flavor fresher.
You can replace squash with zucchini or green beans.
